Who we are
SecureNameHost is a service operated by Quixo Hub - F.Z.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Quixo Hub - F.Z.C trading as SecureNameHost.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, billing address.
- Service data — the domain(s) we host and their configuration metadata.
- Operational logs — request timestamps, IPs, and edge cache status, retained for 30 days for security and debugging.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
- To deliver and secure the hosting service you bought.
- To bill you and meet our tax/legal obligations.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and respond to abuse or security incidents.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare — our edge network and DNS provider.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
We don't sell or rent personal data. Ever.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@securenamehost.com. We respond within 30 days.
