The agreement
By purchasing or using SecureNameHost services, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Quixo Hub - F.Z.C, registered in the United Arab Emirates. References to "we" mean Quixo Hub - F.Z.C trading as SecureNameHost.
What we provide
Managed Cloudflare-powered hosting and DNS for the domain(s) you ask us to onboard. Specifics of each plan (Essentials / Pro / Enterprise) are listed on our website at the time you purchase.
Billing & cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time. Service continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current period if you cancel within the first 14 days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to host content or run workloads that are illegal in the United Arab Emirates or in your customers' jurisdictions, including malware distribution, phishing, content sexually exploiting minors, or large-scale spam infrastructure. We will suspend service and cooperate with lawful authorities if we believe these terms have been breached.
Uptime & service
We aim for 99.9% uptime measured at the Cloudflare edge. If we miss that in a calendar month, contact support for a service credit.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We don't accept liability for lost profit, lost data caused by your own actions, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of the UAE.
